Most Christmas parties happen in a function room that could be anywhere. At Opera View, the room is the reason people say yes to the invite.
Your guests step out of the lift on Level 4 of the Overseas Passenger Terminal and the Opera House sails are straight ahead, across the water. Ferries slide in and out of the Quay below. The Bridge sits alongside. Arrive in daylight, and by around 8pm the December sun drops behind the city and the sails light up in front of you.
Whether it's a team of 40 or a company-wide celebration, it's one Christmas party venue, one event, one night that is entirely yours.

Booking your Christmas party in four steps

Tell us the basics.
Your preferred date, a backup date, guest numbers and the format you have in mind.

Get your proposal.
Your event manager sends a tailored proposal within response time, e.g. one business day.

See it in person.
Come up to Level 4, stand at the glass and see exactly where your party will happen.

Lock in your date.
A deposit % deposit secures the date. Your event manager then handles menus, run sheet and suppliers through to the night.
The Manjit's family
A new venue on the harbour, run by an experienced team
Opera View is new to Circular Quay. The people behind it are not. As part of the Manjit's family, we bring years years of Sydney hospitality to every event, with food and drink from Manjit's Sydney.
From your first call to the final toast, you deal with one named event manager who knows your run sheet, your dietary list and the name of your CEO. And before you commit, you are welcome to come and stand in the room.

Christmas packages start from $TBC per person, and full-level exclusive events start from a minimum spend of $TBC. Pricing depends on date, guest numbers, menu and beverage package. Your event manager will send a tailored proposal.

No. We host one event at a time, so the level is exclusive to your group for your session.
Yes. Menus by Manjit's Sydney can cater for e.g. vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, halal and other requirements. Send your dietary list with final numbers and we will look after it.
Yes. AV inclusions, e.g. microphones, screens and sound system are available, and your event manager will build speeches and awards into the run sheet.

You get the on-the-water feeling with the Opera House directly opposite, without a fixed boarding time, a set route or anyone missing the boat. Guests can arrive and leave when they need to, and the view stays put all night.
